KJLS Presents Scholarships To 12 Exhibitors

Twelve exhibitors were awarded a total of $22,500 in scholarships during the Kansas Junior Livestock Show (KJLS), held October 2-4 in Hutchinson. With this year’s awards, the program has distributed $620,050 to 423 juniors since its inception in 1993.

Cami Miller of El Dorado and Cassidy Dalquest of Wilsey each received a $2,750 scholarship. Four $2,000 scholarships were awarded to Kinsley Gillig of Blue Rapids, Ella Hoeltzel from Olsburg, Ella Neher of Pfeifer and Kamryn Kirkham from Hugoton. Jewel Endicott of Uniontown, Leah Howard from Ellsworth and John Aden Grathwohl of Hiawatha received $1,800 scholarships. Hannah Feiser from Plains and Katie Aubert of Rossville were given $1,300 scholarships. Genayla Warnken from Manhattan was awarded a $1,000 scholarship.
