The Hilton Garden Inn, which is the headquarters hotel, is sold out, but KLA has room blocks at other nearby hotels. Rooms can be reserved by calling the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at (785) 320-7454 (code KLS) by October 16; the Bluemont Hotel at (785) 473-7091 by October 18 or the Courtyard Manhattan Aggieville at (785) 587-1972 by October 19.
