The KLA Top Hand Program rewards members for recruiting new KLA and NCBA members. Recruiters earn entries into drawings to be held at the conclusion of the 2026 contest November 19 during the Top Hand Luncheon at the KLA Convention & Expo.
Participants earn one entry per recruited KLA member and one per NCBA member. The winner of the grand prize drawing will have the choice between two options: an NCBA CattleCon package, which includes paid registration, hotel and mileage/flight credit to CattleCon27 or CattleCon28, or a $2,000 gift card to a western wear store of the winner’s choice.
All new members who are recruited earn entries into a drawing for a $250 Kansas City Steak Company gift card. They earn one entry for joining KLA and one for joining NCBA. Two winners will be selected in a random drawing during the Top Hand Luncheon.
