A new webinar series being hosted by North Dakota State University Extension, Texas A&M Agrilife Extension and West Virginia University is focusing on current issues in the cattle and beef industries. Topics being addressed during the Intersection of the Cattle and Beef Industry series include mandatory country-of-origin labeling (mCOOL), packing industry profits, price discovery, the beef checkoff, trade and much more.
The series started May 7 and will run through June 25. The next webinar is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. tomorrow (5/12) and will focus on mCOOL and trade. For a full listing of dates and topics, click here. Online registration is required, but the sessions are free to attend.
