KLA Legislative Meeting Offers Members Opportunity To Take Positions On Bills

Members can help direct action on specific bills under consideration in the state Legislature during the KLA Legislative Meeting and Dinner, February 19 in Topeka. The event will be held at the Capitol Plaza Hotel and adjoining Maner Conference Center. 

KLA’s lobbying team will review proposed bills starting at 1:00 p.m. Members will choose what bills to support or oppose, then discuss KLA’s positions with their respective legislators that evening during the social and dinner starting at 6:00. 

The day will start with a complimentary lunch at 11:30 a.m., sponsored by Capitol Federal Savings. Registration for the social and steak dinner is $40 per person. Click here to register online.
