A $2.05 million dividend has been declared for members of the KLA self-insured worker’s compensation program. This brings the total dividends issued by the program to over $15.46 million.
The dividend amount each member receives is based on individual safety records. Those dairies, feedyards and swine operations with good safety records will be receiving dividends equaling more than 50% of their premium.
“These dividends are a byproduct of KLA members intentionally creating a stronger safety culture by remaining focused on the mission of preventing accidents and saving lives,” said Lee Borck, chair of the KLA Workers’ Compensation Program.
