To celebrate the summer grilling season, NCBA, on behalf of the beef checkoff, is partnering with several chefs and food influencers to create some incredible recipes and new takes on grilling beef this summer. The first two food influencers shared content via their Instagram accounts. Mom’s Dish provided a recipe for the perfect grilled ribeye steak and Pizzazzerie offered a Grilled Steak Cobb Salad recipe.
In addition, chefs have been creating recipes with beef to celebrate this summer and also sharing them with their followers on Instagram. For Father’s Day, Chef Lamar Moore provided a recipe for Espresso-Rubbed Ribeye and Chef Hugh Acheson created a beef recipe for grilled skirt steak. Chef Brooke Williamson and Chef Ryan Clark shared their recipes in time for the Fourth of July, which included Grilled Ribeye and Charred Baby Eggplant and Beef Tri Tip Lettuce Wraps, respectively.
