Advance voting, both in-person and by mail, is set to begin tomorrow (7/15). For a list of candidates endorsed by KLA for the primary election, click here. Endorsements only were given to candidates who have a contested primary race. Those with uncontested primary election races were not considered for endorsement.
KLA endorses candidates who understand and have a record of supporting the organization’s legislative positions, Kansas agriculture and specifically the livestock industry. Member feedback is used when developing endorsements that typically favor proven incumbent legislators.
Funds used for KLA Political Action Council contributions are from voluntary donations given by members. No dues revenue is used.
