Kansan Is Finalist For National Anthem Singing Contest At Cattle Convention

Four finalists have been named in the 5th annual NCBA National Anthem Singing Contest. One of the finalists, Prairie Rose Robbins, is a Kansan. The 15-year-old from Brookville is competing for a chance to sing "The Star Spangled Banner" at the opening general session and the Friday night Cowboy Concert Series at the 2019 Cattle Industry Convention, January 30 through February 1 in New Orleans, LA.            

The winner of the competition will be determined by the public. Hear Robbins’ rendition of the national anthem and vote for her here. Voting is open through December 4.
