A high percentage of candidates supported by KLA was elected in the November 6 general election. However, a number of races involving KLA-supported candidates for the Kansas House of Representatives remained too close to call, with provisional and mail-in ballots still being counted as of November 9. With these seven tight races still in question and not included in the count, KLA endorsed candidates won 88.6% of the time.
All the candidates KLA supported in statewide races were successful. Three out of four candidates endorsed by KLA for the U.S. House of Representatives also were successful. Incumbent Kevin Yoder, in the 3rd congressional district, was the exception after being defeated by Sharice Davids.
