comprehensive State Water Plan. It’s a
multi-faceted plan that deals with water issues
including water quality, water quantity, water
conservation, water-based recreation, public water
supplies and flood management. Financial support for
the State Water Plan programs comes from the State
General Fund, Economic Development Initiative Fund
(lottery), water use fees and royalties on mined
sand.
